Lockheartisolates a single red, heart‑shaped padlock within a field of monochrome locks. The surrounding padlocks fall into shadow, anonymous and unremarkable, while the red lock becomes the sole point of warmth. For me, it speaks to the essentials of life — health and love — and how, when those are present, everything else recedes into the background.
As part of the editing process, I deliberately added a little grain to compliment the texture in the rusty padlocks.
This piece sits best in a spacious, predominantly monochrome interior — whites, greys, and soft shadows. In that setting, the red padlock becomes a deliberate point of focus, while the black‑and‑white elements settle naturally into the surrounding space. .

Aluminium Dibond
Aluminium Dibond is a composite material. It is 3mm (1/8 in.) thick and has 3 layers. Two aluminium layers sandwich a black polyethylene core. The lateral face is black. An image printed on aluminium Dibond is a top-grade, robust print with a long lifespan.
It is a water resistant, durable, UV print with impressive luminosity and depth. Unlike standard framed prints or acrylic prints, it provides a matte, glare-free finish, making it suitable for brightly lit areas.
Each artwork will come complete with an aluminium artbox frame, which gives the piece a sleek, elegant, modern feel. The revers of the frame doubles as a built-in hanging rail, making the piece ready to hang.

Limited edition artworks are printed to order by WhiteWall in Germany. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production, quality checks, and delivery.
